ValuClean Carpets charges a $75 minimum service fee. All in all, you can expect a call out service fee of at least $75 which can cover up to 2 areas, in most cases. Each area must be 225 square feet (25 square yards) or less to be considered an area. Each area that’s larger in size will be considered 2 areas. Stairways are considered an area, as well and hallways are free with cleanings of 3 or more areas.
